Slightly Hypomanic

I may be a little hypomanic. Yesterday, with my therapist, I described my mood as “at the high end of normal”. Today, I’m not so sure. I’ve been getting ridiculously little sleep, but haven’t been feeling at all tired. I feel like I’m talking kind of fast. I’m mildly euphoric, easily distracted and have way too much time on my hands. For the last six months I’ve been listening to music and the TV via headphones, because I want to hide away in here.
