Seven Reasons I Am Going Insane

Its been three weeks or so since the surgery and I am riding the upright stationary bike every day.  The physical therapist has OKd me for that, but not for real bikes, not for running, and still not for swimming.  So I got a membership at a fairly nice gym when I was swimming pre-op, but even a fairly nice stationary bike at a fairly nice gym is not cutting it for me.  It is driving me up the damn wall.  If I don't get back outside on a real bike soon I may lose it.  Actually, even one of my re
