AND a REALLY long cardio workout on one of them fancy treadmills...incline up, speed up, incline down, speed faster, and so on and so on. There was a guy on the treadmill next to me...probably about my age, that started out my pace then he started running. Good for you buddy! Some ppl can...I don't.
