it cost me more than $100 to fill up my tank yesterday. this is the second fill-up in a row that has crossed that unthinkable barrier. i try to imagine the agony that those of you who are filling up your cars more than once a month must be going through. yesterday the ac was broke on the car i was riding on. it was miserably hot and the car contained a ‘marta preacher,’ if you will, so named, not because of any religious conviction, but because he felt loudly that the whole car needed to hear
