Old Appledore Lanes

If you walk down this little lane past the brightly coloured small cottages and shops until you get to the end and then turn around and walk back again then you will be right back where you started from ... how clever is that!? I bet these little old lanes could tell a tale or two, now it seems like a ghost Town with a lot of the houses and cottages bought as holiday homes but I bet a few hundred years ago the lanes would have been alive with fishermen, shop keepers, sailors and peace keeping
