Another producer spotlight on a man called Remot. I first heard Remot’s production on the Donny Goines track “Sing Out in the Rain.” I always thought Donny made excellent beat choices, and that one was particularly soul-sampley. Then I heard about his American Gangster remix CD. It won an award from Hiphopdx for being the best AG remix CD, and I’m sure you all remember how many remixes there were!
